To all relevant departments, this communication serves to notify you about the ongoing issues with the 1199 SMS service, which provides updates on visa application statuses. The service has been experiencing intermittent functionality for an extended period, and the most recent outage has persisted for a week.

We kindly request that the 1199 SMS service be repaired as soon as possible. Currently, individuals must visit the migration office in person to obtain their status information, resulting in wasted time and increased strain on migration personnel.

I am informing that the 1199 SMS service, which provides updates on visa application statuses, has been unreliable for some time. The current failure has been ongoing for a week, and I urgently request that this service be restored as soon as possible. People are currently having to go to the migration office personally to check the status of their applications, which is both a waste of their time and puts an extra burden on the migration staff.

This letter is to inform all relevant departments about the disruptions of the 1199 SMS service (a service that notifies about visa application statuses). This service has been unreliable for a long duration, and the latest outage has been persisting for over a week.
We urge to restore the 1199 SMS service as soon as possible, as people are being forced to personally go to the migration office in order to check their statuses. This causes a great waste of time, as well as an overload of the migration staff.
