Друзья добрый день. Подскажите плиз, вот этот пункт в договоре ренты это нормальная практика тут или что-то неординарное?
15. Rental termination by the tenant prior to the Agreement termination date: If the tenant terminates this agreement prior to the termination date, the owner has the right to retain the deposit paid, and demand payment of all the rents until the termination date as it appears on the agreement and take all other measures as stipulated in the relevant legislation.
