Ребят , а где в законе можно почитать , что временный внж (рабочая виза) аннулируются , если отсутствуешь более 90 дней на острове ? Именно первоисточник

Aliens and Immigration (Visas) 2004 Regulations (Article 9,(7))
 

 
(7) Entry permit, regardless of whether its period of validity has not expired, ceases to be valid if its owner leave the Republic and do not return within period of three months from the date of his departure, unless, before his departure, he secures from him Department head re-entry permit: Of course, the Minister can determine that for certain type of permit and for a certain occupation the entry permit ceases 15 to be effective as soon as the holder leaves it Republic, unless before his departure obtain a re-entry permit from the Head of Department
