This is any document that gives you the right to live on the island for a long time.

Но, наверное, нужен местный адрес, как минимум? Иначе, куда мне штрафы будут слать?..

Действительно ли семья может подавать на воссоединение не ранее чем через 2 мес после получения residence permit (рабочий) спонсором?

Юристы в компании такое говорят:
In order for the family to apply for Family Reunification, the Applicant/Sponsor must already have the Residence Permit and have started to pay his Social Insurance Obligations in Cyprus. For this, the Application for family reunification can be filed at least after 2 months from the date that the Applicant/Sponsor has received his residence permit (not entry permit). This is because some of the documents required for Family Reunification, can only be received after the Applicant/Sponsor have started working and paying his obligations towards Social Insurance Department. Further to the above, in case the family cannot enter Cyprus legally, they will also need to apply for an entry permit first and then for residence permit.
