в агентстве сказали, что если мы не проходим по family reunification т.к. браку нет 1 года (афидевит, что мы живём вместе более 10 лет и у нас много детей не прокатил), Придлагают mvis3 форму, а через год подать на реюнификацию.

Но при этом оплата 950 евро за каждую форму. Хотя на сайте 140. Это какие-то новые цены?
ОТкуда взялась такая огромная сумма? поиск по чату, интернетам и сайту мигрейшена ничего не даёт. Это какие-то новые неопубликованные данные?

ну это формально не помогайки, а типа работодатель. Но он говорит, что это гос.пошлина такая

Пока подали только на мою (IBС) и там чек от мигрейшена. 330 стоит

хм.. может это на 5 человек 950. тогда 190. (140 офиц. + 50 откуда-то ещё)

Банк гарнатию сказали отменить, если возможно. Да. она была нужна только для family reunification

я не знаю. Сказали, что не надо. отменить = позвонить в банк и попросить не делать гарантию (и не брать 120 ойро)

Я вот прямо спроил, и они прямо ответили.
блин. Если я попрошу в банке не делать пока гарантию, а потом снова, будет цирк конечно

We will therefore have to proceed with your’ s family application under Facilitation Measures using the MVIS4 application. Attached are the relevant forms that need to be completed for this visa and below the list of documents required for this application:

Это работодатеьл. У них там какой-то отдел этим занимается. Возможно, что это какой-то отедл на аутсорсе.

У меня сомнения в их адекватности некоторые. Ещё я думаю, не проще ли ( и дешевле) податься самостоятельно, раз у же это визитёрская виза.
Я понимаю, что тут общее право и многое не написано, но какой-то совсем новый механизм неопубликованный - это как-то круто совсем
