не только, у меня не IT компания, включили в Register of companies of foreign interest после направления в the Business Facilitation Unit of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry вот этих документов по электронной почте:
1. A letter of expression of interest for the establishment or expansion of the activities of the company in Cyprus. The letter should include a brief description of the company, activities (nature of business as stated in the Articles of Association), number of staff, expansion plans etc.
2. Certificate of Incorporation;
3. Certificate of Registered Office;
4. Certificate of Directors and Secretary;
5. Certificate of Shareholders;
6. Memorandum and Articles of Association;
7. Shareholders’ structure diagram presenting the whole chain of ownership up to the final owners duly documented;
8. Directors’ Affidavit on the company's ownership;
9. Ultimate Beneficial Owners’ valid passports;
10. Title of ownership or rent agreement for the company’s office;
11. Audited Financial Statements (for companies already operating in Cyprus);
12. Tax Clearance Certificate for the company (for companies already operating in Cyprus).

и я уже трудоустроился туда и получил receipt на визу по смене работодателя
