Добрый день, одни юристы, кто делал Non-Domicele Status запрашивали такие документы.

Please kindly note that in order to obtain a Certificate of Non-Domicile you will need to complete the attached forms as well as submit to the Tax Office the below documents:

1. All tax declarations submitted in Cyprus from the year you became a tax resident.
2. Rental agreement (Stamped) or title deed showing your residential address in Cyprus
3. Statement from Electricity authorities showing all electricity usage in Cyprus in your name – or utility bills for electricity from all the years in Cyprus.
4. Water utility bills showing usage of water in Cyprus in your name.
5. Passport of your father
6. Personal bank statements for all the years in Cyprus.
7. Employment agreement (if any) stamped.
8. Statement from Social Insurance Authorities showing all the years of contributions for yourself.

Once we have all of the above and submit to the Tax office it usually takes 2 weeks for the issuance of the certificates subject to the Tax office not requesting additional information/documentation.
