Our Department strongly suggests that MEU2 or MEU3 (concerning Third Country Nationals) applications are submitted after 2.8.2021. Any applications submitted prior to that date, risk the chance of being automatically rejected, due to the provisions of Regulation 2019/1157 of the European Union and applicants will have to resubmit them and pay the relevant fee.
