Moreover, please note that for the holders of permanent residence permit, like you and your wife, you need to complete 5 years of physical present in Cyprus (1825 days). For the calculations we are taking into consideration only the last 8 years from the date of submission of the application and backwards i.e. if we will file the application on the 1st of March 2021 then you need to complete the 5 years from the 1st of March 2013. All the previous periods will not be calculated from the Migration Department.
Also, during the last year from the submission date the physical present needs to be continually without absences more than 3 months during the entire year.
А почему 10 лет собственно? В целом с пребыванием все логично, иначе Ф могли бы приезжать на один день раз в два года, потом прожить год без выезда и получать паспорт.
