More specifically, article 60 of the Law refers to the obligation of banks to adopt measures and procedures for, amongst other, identifying and verifying the identity of their customers and collecting information on the purpose and intended nature of the customer relationship. Furthermore, paragraph 83 of the Directive mentions that banks must ensure that their customer identification records and the information that form the business/economic profile of their customers remain completely updated throughout the customer relationship.

Therefore we kindly request that you urgently furnish the Bank with the following information and/or documents for your account in order to proceed with the review:

1.Copy of a valid passport
2.Copy of a utility bill, not older than six (6) months, confirming your permanent address (e.g. electricity, telephone (land line), water board in Cyprus, or accordingly in your country of residence).
3. Proof of income (income certificate or payslip or tax form)
4. Bank statements for the last 6 months
4. Tax identification Number
5.Alien registration card

All documents must be officially translated in English.

Всё это есть, кроме того, что пункта 4 у меня нет — я живу тут уже несколько лет, а зарегиться так и не сподобился. Что делать? =)

Не, не фейк. Домен не подменённый. Я так понял, что хотят выписки со счетов в других банках, откуда деньги в Хелленик приходят.

Звонили из банка, всё уточнили. ТИНа нет — и не надо. Вопросов к нам тоже нет, только попросили форму заполнить и пару документов в ПДФ конвертнуть. Ну и собственно всё.

Рутинное обновление данных в рамках KYC, как раз жена паспорт поменяла и мы адрес сменили — поэтому и попросили.
