Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Retention Manager to oversee our customer retention initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase player retention and loyalty, analyzing player behavior, and ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute comprehensive retention strategies to increase player loyalty and lifetime value.
● Analyze player data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for retention improvement.
● Create and manage multi-channel retention campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages.
● Develop and manage loyalty programs to enhance player satisfaction and retention.
● Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure a consistent and engaging player experience.
● Monitor and report on retention metrics, campaign performance, and player feedback to continuously improve strategies.
● Identify and mitigate potential churn risks by addressing player concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
● Proven experience (2+ years) in a retention management or similar role within the online gaming industry.
● Strong understanding of customer retention strategies and best practices.
● Experience with CRM tools and data analysis to drive retention initiatives.
● Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
● Proactive and results-oriented with a track record of achieving retention goals.
