День добрый. Дано французский бульдог 2 года, рождённый на Кипре, документы Кипра. Платили налог 20 евро в год, но сейчас нужно его увезти в Украину. Ветеринар сказал, что нужно пойти в муниципалитет и снят  его с учёта, пошли туда, а там говорят идти в департамент животных. Ок, позвонили в департамент, они прислали форму для заполнения и нужно оплатить за какой-то сертификат здоровья 35 евро. Вопрос, зачем мне этот сертификат здоровья ? Это что-то новое?

Please complete the attached declaration with all the information required and send it back to us as soon as possible and not later than 4 days prior to your departure, along with a copy of all your pet’s vaccinations (not just Rabies). Your appointment will be scheduled as soon as we get your completed form.

Additionally, prior to your appointment with us, and no longer than a day, you will need to visit your private vet for a clinical examination (pre-flight check) – the results of which are marked in the pet passport.

During your appointment you will need to present the following:

A valid pet passport completed with your pet’s vaccinations and treatments.
Owner passport/i.d. card
Authorization letter in case of a third person attending the appointment, instead of the pet owner.

The fee for issuing the Health Certificate is €34,17 per animal – cash and credit card payments accepted.
