HR experience:
7+ years in recruitment: IT specialists, mass hiring, office and top positions. Full cycle: from search to onboarding. Combined with HR administration for a team of 400 people (hiring, dismissals, vacations, business trips).

Key achievements:
· Closed 10–15 vacancies per month.
· Conducted more than 500 interviews in a year.
· Managed contracts with counterparties and invoices in 1C ERP/UPP.

Tools:
1C: ZUP / UPP / ERP / Document Management, E-Staff, Jira, Confluence, Bitrix24, Excel.

Work format:
Remote. Ready for project-based and permanent employment.
