🚀 7+ years of experience in international hiring. As an agency consultant I hired A-players for companies like TikTok, Leroy Merlin & Naspers and signed recruitment contracts worth $250k+. After growing into an in-house employee I built talent function in 10 countries for a №1 tech bootcamp in the USA. Together with my team we hire 200+ IT & tech experts in 1,5 years.

– Hiring executives & top tech talents in LATAM, Asia, Israel & Europe.
– Creating & leading a talent function in a startup or SMB.
– Hiring and mentoring an efficient recruitment team of up to 5 people.

🎯 In my next role, I’m looking to:
– Stay in the tech industry, including but not limited to EdTech, eHealth, AI, and eCommerce.
– Work remotely for a European, US, or EMEA company. Hybrid in Warsaw is also an option.
– Engage in a full-time role as 1st priority, and part-time as a 2nd.
