Responsibilities:
UX project research;
Analysis of calls provided by the Customer to evaluate and implement the best practices, voice characteristics of operators, conversation format, etc. into the script;
Definition and preparation of the script structure (based on source information, project KPI, as well as experience in creating scripts of a similar focus;
Project development and the formation of ready-made ideas for the Customer's business goals;
Script development (text part + basic script logic for writing code in phyton)
Script testing - checking dialog logic, error diagnostic (patterns, logic, script, problems with recognition)
Analysis of the implemented hypotheses and provision of further steps to implement the project and bring it to the commercial part/
