Product Manager and MLOps platform lead with 5+ years of experience delivering complex technical products in a FinTech environment. I set product direction, translate technical constraints into roadmaps and specifications, and use data to improve scale, reliability, adoption, and cost.
At Sber, I grew a central ML platform from 2 to 26 teams, increased adoption from 5% to 65%, cut t2prod from 35 to 10 days, and improved infrastructure utilisation to 80% CPU and 70% GPU.

Looking for relocation to Cyprus.
