Looking for part-time opportunities. For companies with a small number of instances, a full-time DBA is usually not required. With larger environments, a transition to full-time can be considered.

I will optimize the performance of your systems, identify and resolve blocking issues, configure high availability, backup, and monitoring, automate routine tasks, and prepare clear instructions for on-duty engineers.
Your databases will run fast and reliably, releases and test environments will be prepared without delays, indexes and statistics will stay up to date.

Strong expertise in MSSQL (core focus). Additional hands-on experience with Postgres, MongoDB, and Oracle.
Can arrange 24/7 monitoring if required, or develop AI-powered agents for event classification and escalation workflows.

• MSSQL DBA with extensive experience and vendor certifications
• High availability: FCI, AlwaysOn
• Backup and recovery strategies: RPO, RTO, DRP
• Performance tuning: blocking, waits, indexing
• Maintenance planning
• Monitoring setup and optimization (Zabbix, Prometheus/VM, Grafana)
• T-SQL, C# query optimization
• CI/CD pipeline design: (dev → test → stage → prod ─masking→ dev)
• DevOps: GitHub Actions, Terraform, AWS, Azure
• Migration to MongoDB and Postgres: architecture assessment, gap analysis, data and logic migration
• Developer background and successful projects of different scale allow me to find optimal solutions for nearly any problem
