CRM/RETENTION MANAGER
An international sportsbook and casino is in search of a skilled and driven individual to fill the role of CRM / Retention Manager within their expanding team!
Responsibilities:
- Crafting a comprehensive CRM/Retention strategy encompassing email, SMS marketing, on-site messaging, web push notifications, loyalty programs, CRM tool management, daily communications, and segmentation.
- Overseeing external CRM vendors and spearheading the technical development of CRM campaigns across various lifecycles such as conversion, retention, and reactivation.
Core Competencies:
- At least 2 years of experience in a CRM Manager role.
- Proficiency in relational databases, data manipulation, and process automation.
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
- Experience with Tier 2-3 markets.
