Good afternoon! I am currently looking for a job as a production lead. For the last 2 years I have been working in AppQuantum in a similar position. I have built a production department almost from scratch, recruited a team of 15 in-house employees and about 120 freelance workers. I have also set up work processes and pipelines in the department, as well as inter-team interactions with other departments (creative team, ASO team, etc.).
