Hey! My name is Maxim.
I am looking for a full-time remote job, also considering relocation. Right now I am in Turkey, Ankara.

I'm a QA engineer with 4 years of experience in Web and mobile application testing. My main advantage is my developed soft skills and understanding how to make business processes more efficient. In the last company where I worked, I held the position of Team Lead QA.

I was in charge of managing a team of three people, was responsible for the monthly implementation of smoke testing by my team, and was also involved in improving business processes. I wrote a methodological material on writing test documentation to standardize the process of maintaining documentation in a company, which I consider to be a good achievement.
