Full-cycle Recruiter (Remote) | IT & Digital Marketing**
💰 Salary: $1,000–1,500 (depending on experience)
📍 Location: Remote
🕘 Working hours: Monday–Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (GMT+3)
🌍 English level: B1+ (required)
👤 Experience: 6+ months in full-cycle recruitment

You will manage the full recruitment cycle — from receiving hiring requests and defining candidate profiles to offer management and supporting candidates through the onboarding process.

Frontend / Backend Developers
DevOps & System Administrators
QA Engineers
UI/UX & Motion Designers

Digital Marketing Roles:
Media Buyers & Affiliate Managers
SEO / PPC Specialists
SMM Managers & Content Creators

Key Responsibilities
Gather hiring requirements from managers and clients and create job descriptions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, DOU, Djinni, job boards, and alternative channels.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview stages.
Manage offers, communicate with candidates, and support the onboarding process.
Maintain ATS/CRM systems and prepare recruitment reports.

Requirements
6+ months in full-cycle recruitment
Proven experience recruiting IT or Digital Marketing specialists is required.
Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search.
English level B1+ — written communication and reading.
Experience with ATS/CRM systems is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
