О позиции
Ищем внимательного и самостоятельного Support Manager, который будет отвечать за письменную коммуникацию с клиентами и помогать поддерживать высокий уровень клиентского сервиса.
Основная работа — обработка входящих обращений, решение стандартных вопросов, коммуникация с клиентами и передача сложных кейсов ответственным сотрудникам.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via chat and email.
• Resolve customer issues and questions.
• Escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain clear and professional communication.
• Follow support procedures and internal guidelines.

Requirements:

• Strong written English.
• Customer Support experience is a plus.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
