About me:
6+ years of experience in iGaming, started as an Account Manager/QA and grew into product — giving me a deep understanding of the technical side of launches. Specialization: conversion, payment funnels, third-party integrations, bonus mechanics, anti-fraud

Experience:
KeyDev - product strategy and metrics growth, cross-functional collaboration with support, marketing, CRM, analytics, development and payments; focus on first gaming experience
Varx - led a cross-functional team of 15+ people (development, analytics, QA, DevOps, marketing, payments); roadmap management, curating integrations with third-party services and payment providers
iGaming (NDA) - launched a brand to Live stage from scratch, designed the internal admin panel (Retool), fully described the bonus system logic

Key achievements:
Identified a 2.15× gap in bonus activation cost between GEOs (bonus hunting) → optimization plan with a potential effect of +8.3 p.p. to hold
Reduced fraud risk and multi-accounting share in Brazil by integrating a CPF validator
Launched a B2B product and expanded the brand's geography to Asia and Europe
Implemented a player re-engagement mechanic: +6% to lead2reg, +2.5–4.4% to conversion
New withdrawal cancellation logic: +40% cancelled withdrawals with no increase in Churn, saving $15k/month on fees
Designed a bonus system and fraud protection from scratch, personally identified bonus abuse patterns and prevented financial losses

Full-time Product Manager role at an iGaming company. Open to relocation (have EU and UK visas) as well as fully remote format
