Position: HR Finance & C&B Manager.

What you’ll do:
• Manage employee cost budgets and forecasts
• Build financial models and scenarios for management decisions
• Analyze payroll, employee costs and budget variances
• Prepare workforce cost projections
• Take into account Cyprus tax and employment costs
• Work closely with Finance and business leaders
• Manage compensation structures, benefits and benchmarking
• Support compensation decisions and special cases
• Prepare C&B reports and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with Cyprus legislation and tax requirements


What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years in C&B, HR Finance, FP&A, Total Rewards or similar
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills
• Experience with payroll and employee cost data
• Good knowledge of the Cyprus payroll and tax environment
• Ability to turn complex data into clear business recommendations
• Experience with C&B/payroll in Cyprus is a strong plus
• BI tools experience is a plus
• English B2+
