Knowledge of English is a must! Experience as a sales manager in industry is a must!

Main tasks:

- listening to employee calls

- detection of employee errors, deviation from the ringing rules

- control of compliance with the ringing structure

- creation and maintenance of violation tables

- communication with employees and management to improve the quality of work

- reporting
