Position: Junior Business Development Manager (BDM)
Format: Remote
Compensation: Base salary + % of sales
Requirement: English B2–C1
EMI Hiring is a boutique talent partner for hard-to-fill roles in IT, FinTech and iGaming. We fill single roles, build whole teams from scratch and advise clients on hiring. We're adding a junior specialist to our international B2B business development team. This is an entry-level role with room to grow quickly: we provide full training and share everything we know.
What you'll do:
— Research new international markets and help us enter them
— Handle leads and build long-term relationships with clients
— Attend international conferences and build your network around the world
What we're looking for:
— English at B2/C1 level or higher, both spoken and written
— A basic understanding of IT, FinTech, recruitment or B2B sales
— A strong drive to learn and grow in sales
