Legal Associate | International Consulting

International legal consulting company working with iGaming, Crypto, FinTech and Brokerage clients is looking for a Legal Associate.

Responsibilities:
• Company incorporation and international corporate projects
• iGaming, Brokerage and Investment licensing
• Bank and EMI account opening
• Legal consulting and risk assessment
• Managing 10+ projects independently

Requirements:
• 1+ year in international legal consulting in high-risk industries
• 1+ year in corporate law
• Hands-on incorporation, banking/EMI or licensing experience
• Law degree
• Fluent Ukrainian, English B2+
• Strong self-management, proactive & commercially minded
