We’re hiring: Content & Social Media Manager

EPATLOG is building a media project about startups, business and the ideas shaping them.We want to create something people choose to follow for its stories, fresh perspectives and a thoughtful look beyond the hype.

📍 Location: Remote; being based in Cyprus is a plus
⏰ Format: Part-time, around 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule

What you’ll do:
- Help shape our editorial approach and content calendar alongside our marketing lead 
- Find topics and credible sources across startups, technology and business 
- Research, write and edit English-language content 
- Produce 1-2 original pieces per week, adapting them for LinkedIn and Instagram 
- Coordinate visuals and manage content publishing
- Track content performance and suggest ways to grow our audience 

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in content creation, editorial work or social media, with a portfolio showing your personal contribution 
- Excellent written English and experience writing and editing English-language content 
- Ability to research independently, check facts and explain complex ideas clearly 
- Hands-on experience creating and publishing content for LinkedIn and Instagram, ideally for B2B brands or professional audiences 
- Ability to take a piece from initial idea to publication and manage your own workload 

Nice to have:

- Experience with startups, tech companies, business media, VC funds or accelerators 
- Familiarity with the Cyprus startup ecosystem 
- Basic video editing or filming skills 
- Experience growing an audience organically
