🚀 Affiliate Manager (Middle /Senior) | Gambling & Betting

We're looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our affiliate network focused on Tier 1 GEOs (with Tier 3 as well) and CPA offers.

What you'll do:
• Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates
• Recruit new webmasters and partners
• Analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and negotiate deals
• Attend affiliate conferences in Ukraine and abroad

Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in Gambling/Betting
• Personal Tier 1 affiliate/webmaster base is a must
• Experience with all major traffic sources
• Proactive mindset and strong communication skills
• Technical tools knowledge is a plus (we can teach)
