Responsibilities:**
• Analysis of activity and processing of payments based on the received data;
• Processing of tickets/requests from the support service;
• Shift work schedule 2/2, 12 hours, with night shifts.

Requirements:
• Advanced Excel/Google Docs user;
• Experience working with large data volumes;
• Work experience in the financial department;
• Work in customer support service;
• Experience with payment systems;
• Good written communication in English and Russian/Ukrainian;
• Multitasking and analytical skills;
• Problem-solving skills.

🌍 Location: Warsaw/Limassol/Erevan or remote
