Parimatch is looking for a Construction Project Manager
(Cyprus-based or willing to relocate)

We are searching for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and lead real estate-related projects, including renovations and office fit-outs.

👉 Main responsibilities:
- Managing construction projects from start to finish
- Developing and tracking project schedules and budgets
- Acting as a general contractor — managing subcontractors & suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards
- Handling tenders, procurement, and contract negotiations
- Collaborating with internal teams and managing stakeholders
- Providing technical expertise in renovations and engineering tasks

👉 Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture (must-have)
- Proven experience in construction and real estate projects
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience with procurement and contractor negotiations
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Fluent in English and Greek
- Ukrainian or Russian is a must
