Freedom Finance Europe Ltd is a reputable online broker in the US, European, and Asian stock markets based in Cyprus. We’re looking for a highly qualified accountant to join our vibrant and pioneering team. We're all dedicated to achieving excellent results through teamwork built on individual strength.

Responsibilities:
▪️Maintenance of proper books of account under the Cyprus legislation
▪️Maintenance of appropriate records of bank/brokers accounts
▪️Maintenance of appropriate proper records of the financial instruments held
▪️Maintenance of a cash book, including monthly reconciliation of the bank/broker accounts
▪️Regular basis reconciliations with bank/brokers accounts
▪️Participation in the automatization of accounting processes
▪️Preparation of periodic management accounts and reports by management instructions
▪️Participation in the process of consolidation of accounting information within financial reporting of holding company
▪️Communication with internal and external auditors

Required skills and experience:
▪️Completed degree in higher education (Finance / Accounting)
▪️Good knowledge of IFRS, Cyprus Taxation
▪️Working experience in investment firms
▪️ACCA will be considered an advantage
▪️CySEC certificate and experience in CIF will be considered an advantage
▪️Excellent proficiency in Excel – advanced formulas, pivot tables, power queries
▪️Good data analysis and problem-solving skills
▪️Strong abilities in the field of extensive data
▪️Good project management skills
▪️Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
▪️The high level of initiative and ownership
▪️Interlinked thinking and structured way of working
▪️Continuous improvement mindset
▪️Fluency in Russian and English. Greek will be considered an advantage
