Position: Retention & CRM Specialist (NDA)
An experienced Customer Experience and customer retention specialist with a proven track record in developing and implementing CRM strategies, audience segmentation, and communication personalisation. Specialises in working with high‑value customer segments (Tier 1/Tier 2), sales funnel optimisation, and improving key loyalty metrics (LTV, CRR, Churn Rate). Possesses skills in data‑driven customer relationship management, marketing automation, and end‑to‑end analytics of retention programme effectiveness.
CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, amoCRM.
Analytics: Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets.
Marketing Automation: Mailchimp, SendPulse, UniSender, ActiveCampaign.
Methodologies: RFM analysis, A/B testing, data‑driven CX.
Metrics: CRR, Churn Rate, LTV, ARPU, NPS.
