My name is Ruslan, and I am currently looking for a junior opportunity in KYC / Customer Verification, Payments Operations, Risk Operations, Back Office, Administrative Operations or iGaming Operations.
I have hands-on experience in iGaming KYC / Verification, where I:

• reviewed POI, POA, bank statements, card documents and payment-method evidence;
• checked names, addresses, dates and document consistency;
• handled verification scenarios involving cards, bank transfers, e-wallets and crypto payments;
• followed internal procedures and escalated unclear or higher-risk cases;
• worked with internal knowledge bases, Helpdesk tools and case-management systems.

I also have administrative and payment-related experience, including:

• working with beneficiary details, IBANs, payment amounts and payment references;
• checking payment information against internal instructions before submission;
• processing outgoing payments accurately and maintaining structured records;
• working with internal systems, documentation and routine operational tasks where accuracy was essential.


In addition, I have a strong customer-service background, so I am comfortable communicating with clients, working with large volumes of information and handling tasks in a fast-paced environment.
