Head of Marketing & Community (Growth Builder)
🌍 Location: Limassol, Warsaw, Berlin (hybrid) or remote (LatAm-friendly time zones)

Doctorina (doctorina.com) is hiring a hands-on marketer to drive organic growth for our AI healthcare platform.
Your tasks:
— Identify and test organic growth channels (forums, communities, social media, influencers, local media)
— Build Doctorina’s presence in patient groups and online communities
— You’ll spend a lot of time engaging with free grassroots communities, non-profit forums, and user-driven groups — it’s not about paid ads and influencers
— Be ready to get your hands dirty in unpaid, volunteer-run communities, forums, and activist spaces — that’s where real organic traction comes from
— Run your own outreach campaigns, write, engage, and scale what works
— Focus on LatAm, MENA, Asia — experiment and double down on traction
Requirements:
— 3+ years in marketing/growth/community (preferably in startups)
— Real hands-on campaign experience
— Fluent English (Spanish/Portuguese a plus)
— Fast, self-driven, proactive
Nice to have:
— Experience growing projects from scratch
— Knowledge of LatAm markets
— Ready to be the brand face in communities
