Requirements:
🔸Experience in Affiliate marketing (betting-gambling) from 3 years;
🔸Experience in the position Senior Affiliate/Team Lead/Head from 2 years;
🔸Deep knowledge of Tier-1 market;
🔸Own base of partners (SEO preferable);
🔸Successful experience of finding and scaling external webmaster;
🔸Understanding metrics and ability to qualitatively analyze traffic
🔸English - Upper-Intermediate level;
🔸High level of communication skills.

Responsibilities:
🔹Preparing a strategy for the exit and growth of the Brand;
🔹Development of presence and growth of team in Company's top countries;
🔹Formation of a promotion strategy; interaction with the creative department;
🔹Budget planning;
🔹Collecting a database of affiliates and traffic-owners;
🔹Selection of the characteristics of the offer for launching on certain geo;
🔹Building an offer promotion strategy;
🔹Identification of potential new affiliates and effective management of current relationships with existing partners;
🔹Acquisition, retention and activation of new affiliates and partnerships;
🔹Analysis of campaigns and development of strategies for promoting offers;
🔹Build and maintain strong relationships through regular contact, which will include meetings, phone and email messages;
🔹Be the main contact point of the company in relations with partners;
🔹Management and onboarding new team members;
🔹Updated information in checklists, roadmaps.
