Position: IT Recruiter (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and support the hiring process for key tech roles. Fully remote, flexible schedule, and room for professional growth.

Responsibilities:
• Full-cycle recruitment of IT specialists (Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
• Active sourcing and screening of candidates
• Collaboration with hiring managers and regular reporting
• Maintaining reports in our CRM system
• Analyzing your own work and improving metrics where necessary


Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Would be a plus:
• Experience in iGaming / Gambling / FinTech
• English proficiency (Intermediate or higher)
