📌Over the past 7 years, I have taught as a soft skills coach for managers and develop E-Learning courses. I am engaged in the full cycle of creating trainings.
📌In my current job, I am strategically planning the direction of learning and development devision of the entire company.

• Created learning programs for the managers in IT companies with feedback average score 4,8/5;
• Transferred into digital format more than 60 courses in less than 10 months;
