I have over four years of experience as a Business Analyst, having previously worked at Kaspersky, TradeSquare and Cattle Care, where I designed, implemented, and optimized complex IT systems from scratch in more than 30 countries. I also have 2 years experience as a QA engineer and 1 year as a Customer Success Manager.

- I wrote user stories for the automation of business process application for technical support teams in more than 30 offices around the globe.
- I carried out an integration project between BMC Remedy and LiveChat that helped to save hours a day for support engineers.
- I built customer success business processes in an Agile startup from scratch that helped to grow from 3 to 30 customers in a year.

I am fluent in Russian, English, and French.
