Job Title: Affiliate Manager
Location: Limassol (On-site)

Target Markets: Tier 1, Canada, GCC
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results oriented Affiliate Managers with a minimum of 3 years experience working with Curaçao or Anjouan licensed brands for several roles (Mid – Senior – Head Of ). Based in our Limassol office, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our brands and supporting our global expansion strategy. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of affiliate relationships, optimize performance, and directly contribute to the success and profitability of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates across SEO, PPC, Email SmS channels.
* Negotiate and manage custom deal structures that support long term growth.
* Monitor affiliate performance and traffic quality, implementing data driven optimizations.
* Track KPIs and deliver clear performance reports to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years experience working with curacao / Anjouan brands.
* Established network of affiliates and/or publishers is highly desirable.
* Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
* Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated, with a hunter mindset to identify the right affiliates --> contact them --> secure deals.
* Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Russian / French / German) are considered an advantage.
