📌 Position: Payment Systems and Integration Specialist
📌 Location: on-site, Limassol, Cyprus
📌 Employment Type: full-time, shift system

🗣 We are seeking an experienced payments and fraud officer to join our product team, working on a high-load project that handles over 140,000 requests per second (RPS) with a modern and evolving technology stack.

✍🏼 Responsibilities:
• Monitor our automated fraud system and review suspicious users.
• Handle chargebacks, including review and representation.
• Provide customer support for payments and fraud-related issues.
• Assist the Finance and Risk Department with general tasks.
• Analyze and monitor financial transactions.
• Investigate potential fraudulent activities related to the product.
• Conduct reviews of transactions and collaborate with payment systems.
• Interact with the support team and liaise with developers.
• Manage tickets and reporting.
• Actively participate in transaction analysis and take measures to prevent fraud.
• Work rotating 24/7 shifts.

✍🏼 Requirements
• Motivated to learn and grow within the company.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make fast decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Previous experience in Online Customer Support, Banking, Financial Services, or Online Payments is preferred.
• University degree in Accounting, Economics, Math, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are advantageous.
• Must be a Cypriot citizen, preferably a recent university graduate or with minimal work experience in support and fraud areas.
• Early stages of your career with a keen interest in online businesses, particularly payments and fraud.
