As a casino gaming software company, NuxGame provides solutions that allow building outstanding brands and fulfilling your business goals. We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team.

What will be your responsibilities:

Analyzing user behavior and engagement on websites to provide actionable insights;
Designing and implementing tracking strategies to capture key user interactions;
Defining, monitoring, and reporting on KPIs to measure product success and identify areas for improvement;
Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor product performance;
Conducting deep-dive analyses to understand user journeys and identify pain points;
Conducting A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact;
Identifying trends and patterns in data to inform product decisions;
Providing recommendations for feature improvements and new product developments based on data analysis;
Ensuring data quality and integrity across tracking and analytics platforms;
Close collaboration with Product Managers to understand product goals and improve user experience.

What we expect from you:**

At least 2 years of experience working as a Product Analyst;
Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager;
Expertise with alternative tracking and analytics tools;
Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (Metabase, Tableau, PowerBI);
Proficiency with Python/R with statistical analysis libraries;
Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and other experimental methodologies;
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior team members.

Would be a plus:

Experience in the iGaming industry (would be a big plus);
Experience with alternative user event tracking and analytics tools;
Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning, predictive modeling, and segmentation analysis.
