🚀 Senior Python Engineer

About the product:
Enterprise company is building a unified policy platform that extends existing authorization models (RBAC / ABAC / PBAC) to AI agents and GenAI tools.
An MVP is already built, with the first enterprise production deployment planned next month.

What you’ll do:
• Take the product from production deployment → stabilization → feedback-driven iterations → new features
• Own the entire GenAI backend as a solo engineer
• Debug, monitor, and improve production GenAI pipelines used by real enterprise customers

Must-have (critical):
• Real production GenAI experience
• LangChain (production), LangGraph (StateGraph, tool calling), RAG pipelines
• Strong Python 3.10+ expertise (async/await, type hints, Pydantic)
• Experience with evaluation, monitoring, and debugging AI systems
• Ability to take full product ownership (architecture → deployment → iteration)
• Knowledge of policy-based authorization, PII handling, compliance (GDPR, etc.)
• Daily use of AI tools in development workflows

Nice to have:
FastAPI, Docker/Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, PostgreSQL/Redis, Fintech or Healthcare experience

Format:
• 6+ months, long-term engagement
• High autonomy and end-to-end ownership
• Direct collaboration with Chief Architect and enterprise stakeholders
