inBeat is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist - someone who can turn insights and data into scroll-stopping ideas. You’ll lead the creative strategy and messaging across multiple paid social accounts, from concept to execution.

🖤 What you’ll do:
– Develop high-converting creative concepts based on consumer insight and platform behavior.
– Write and guide short-form copy that influences perception and drives performance.
– Collaborate with design, editing, and media teams for end-to-end creative alignment.
– Translate performance data into actionable creative improvements.
– Mentor junior creatives and elevate the overall quality of work.

🖤 What we’re looking for:
– Strong writing and creative thinking skills.
– Experience developing performance-first creative for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
– Understanding of consumer behavior, platform algorithms, and data-informed storytelling.
– Confident communicator and team collaborator.
– English fluency is a must (C1-C2).
