Product Manager**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Product Manager. If you're a Product Manager who understands marketing, analytics and interfaces we are waiting for you in our team.

Responsibilities:
Managing, supporting, refining, and developing the product
Market analysis, understanding customer needs, and proposing product development strategies
Monitoring competitors and finding solutions to improve the product
Developing the product within the overall product strategy
Optimizing the product/applications
Optimizing user flows for high volumes of incoming traffic
Developing features that can increase first purchase conversion and average order value

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product manager in e-commerce
Fundamental knowledge of UX/UI
Fundamental knowledge of product analytics
Analytical thinking, the ability to analyse the market and competitors, and find unconventional solutions
Ability to use analysis/analytics tools
Understanding of product metrics and numbers
Ability to build processes, organize, and control teamwork
English - Intermediate
