## Senior Affiliate Growth Manager (iGaming)

### Global Emerging Markets | Performance-Driven | Remote

Our focus: sustainable traffic growth, strong unit economics, and long-term partner relationships.

Primary GEO focus: LATAM / South Asia / North Africa
You may own a single region or build a multi-GEO structure.

## Role Overview

We are looking for a strong performance leader who can:

• Build and structure an affiliate department from the ground up
• Scale traffic profitably across multiple GEOs
• Own key metrics: FTD, NGR, ROI, LTV
• Optimize payout models (CPA / Hybrid / RevShare)
• Develop high-quality affiliate relationships
• Drive strategic growth together with Marketing leadership

You will operate with high autonomy and direct access to decision-makers.

## Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage affiliate managers and media partners
• Design performance frameworks and KPI structures
• Monitor conversion funnel (Reg → FTD → Retention)
• Analyze traffic quality and prevent fraud/bonus abuse
• Negotiate commercial terms with top affiliates
• Build scalable processes and reporting routines

## Requirements

• 3+ years in iGaming affiliate management
• Experience in high-risk or emerging GEOs
• Strong understanding of traffic economics
• Existing affiliate network is a strong advantage
• Analytical mindset and performance orientation
• Leadership experience (team building & mentoring)

• Fixed salary: $4,000 – $8,500 (depending on experience)
