Fundmates.co is a fintech platform for YouTube creators in the USA, where creators raise funds to develop their channels.
We are building a new Growth team whose main task will be to help creators grow on YouTube using various tools—content, services, AI, optimisations, etc.

Role: Head of Influence Team / Growth Lead (YouTube)
Location: Fully remote
Salary: 2000 - 4000$

Responsibilities will be:
🔹Regular data collection and channel audits to identify areas for improvement (using VidIQ, Social Blade and other tools).
🔹Development and implementation of hypotheses to stimulate growth.
🔹Technical analysis of channels, including SEO and AdSense.
🔹Maintaining active contact with creators to achieve success collaboratively.
Goal: Achieve 3-5% growth per month for each creator cohort.

Requirements:
🔹Deep knowledge of YouTube, both in terms of content and technical aspects.
🔹Passion for data analysis and managing YouTube channels.
🔹English proficiency level not lower than B2. Russian as a big plus.
🔹Excellent communication skills.
🔹Work experience in MCN companies as a plus.
