📍Location: Dubai, UAE (full-time, on-site)

We are looking for an experienced specialist to take ownership of the Corporate & Contract Law function and oversee the company's legal activities within an international context.

📌Responsibilities:
-Drafting, negotiation, and legal review of key contracts, considering Common Law standards;
-Handling business correspondence with counterparties to effectively resolve arising issues;
-Managing the full contract lifecycle: extension, amendments and supplements, termination;
-Organizing and supporting company incorporation processes , including independent procedures and coordination with corporate service providers;
-Coordinating bank account opening and obtaining necessary licenses for operational activities;
-Maintaining communication with supervisory authorities regarding all activities of the group of companies.

📌You Are an Ideal Candidate If You Have;
-10+ years of legal experience with a focus on corporate and contract law;
-In-depth knowledge of corporate and contract law in Common Law jurisdictions;
-Experience in court representation or preparation of documents for litigation;
-Fluent English (written and spoken);
-Skills for independent work under high responsibility and limited resources.
