Foreign Exchange Dealer at High Voltage Trading

Role Details: Full-time, ON-SITE in Limassol, Cyprus with early morning shifts. No remote. Immediate start preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute FX trades & manage orders using MT4/MT5 expertise.
Handle algorithmic trades, hedges, positions, and errors.
Manage reporting, accounting, financial statements, & transaction logs.
Monitor execution metrics (slippage, latency, fill rates).
Develop strategies using past FX/futures trading experience.
Manage high-pressure situations with quick decisions.
Communicate with clients (updates, reports, advice).
Collaborate with devs on tools, APIs, & automation.
Adapt in dynamic team with openness to ideas.

Qualifications:

Deep MT4/MT5 expertise from FX brokerage work (required).
Proven FX & futures trading experience.
Strong reporting, accounting, & mental accounting skills.
Excellent pressure handling in high-stakes environments.
No ethical issues; integrity & clean record required.
Preference for hungry, young, driven, energetic candidates.
Bachelor's in Finance/Economics or related preferred.
Immediate availability for full-time on-site with early hours.
