We are looking for Founding Blockchain Engineer (Go).
📍Remote
🌎 Human is a fair-launched layer-1 blockchain and a wallet app. It aims to provide a unique digital identity (Human ID) for 10 billion people, enabling them to vote online, use digital cash-like currency distributed to every member, own their data, securely share credentials and prevent multiple accounts creation.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING As an early team member, you will get a chance to shape both the foundations of our product, blockchain architecture and team culture.
⁃ Design and build server-side Human L1 and blockchain architecture (using Golang, Cosmos SDK, AWS, Azure)
⁃ Write technical documentation
⁃ Manage the server-side technical team
⁃ Develop and manage well-functioning decentralized databases

REQUIREMENTS
⁃ Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer or Lead Backend Engineer
⁃ Professional knowledge of Golang, 3+ years of professional experience
⁃ Good knowledge of computer science fundamentals (TCP/IP), distributed systems, low-level networking knowledge, system design, and memory management
⁃ Basic knowledge of cryptography & such algorithms and structures as Merkle Trees, Hash Tables
⁃ Experience with Geth, Cosmos SDK and Tendermint
⁃ Familiarity & experience with various cloud services: AWS, Azure, GCloud, or Heroku
⁃ Basic or deep knowledge and understanding of how different blockchains and consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS) work

NICE TO HAVE
⁃ Knowledge and 3+ years of professional experience with one of these programming languages: Rust, C++, Python, or Java
⁃ Experience as a user in crypto and basic DeFi protocols like Uniswap
⁃ Basic experience with smart contracts development
